Terms of Business

Monthly accounts invoiced on the last working day of the month - payment due strictly 14 working days.

One off projects invoiced upon completion - payment due by return.

Please provide clear, audible transcripts to ensure prompt completion and return of work.

Payment can be accepted via BACS electronic system or cheque.

Up to date anti-virus software is installed in our computer system and updated daily but please note that anti-virus protection remains the responsibility of the client.
